2011 Riley Festival Menu

SoupHerb will be featuring a Riley Festival Menu:

Soups:

• Velvety Chicken Soup
• Vegetarian Creamy Tomato Soup

Quiche:

• Five Cheese Quiche
• Quiche Lorraine (Bacon & Swiss)

Sandwiches:

• Meatloaf Sandwich - Angus beef meatloaf with lettuce and sliced red onion on a hoagie roll with SoupHerb's meatloaf sauce, served with chips and a pickle
• Chicken Salad Croissants - All white meat chicken salad with lettuce on two mini croissants, served with chips and a pickle
• Turkey Wrap - Oven roasted turkey breast with lettuce, red onion, and SoupHerb's cranberry cream cheese spread in a spinach wrap, served with chips & a pickle
• Grilled Vegetable Panini Sandwich - Grilled zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, eggplant, red peppers, Provolone cheese and SoupHerb's sun-dried tomato tapenade, served on soft flatbread with chips and a pickle

Sides:

• Cole Slaw
• Cottage Cheese with Chives
• Wild Rice Salad with Cranberries and Almonds

• Thursday, October 6 - 8am to 2pm
• Friday, October 7 - 8am to 8pm
• Saturday, October 8 - 9am to 8pm

SoupHerb will be open, featuring a limited festival menu!

Riley Days Downtown Festival:

• Thursday, October 6 - SoupHerb will be open 8 am to 2 pm.  SoupHerb is catering the Military Wedding Giveaway Rehearsal Dinner, therefore closed Thursday evening.
• Friday, October 7 - SoupHerb will be open 8 am to 8 pm with a Festival Menu.
• Saturday, October 8 - SoupHerb will be open 9 am until 8 pm with a Festival Menu.
• Sunday, October 9 - SoupHerb will be closed.
